The Raw Carrot Soup Enterprise. The Raw Carrot makes gourmet soup and other delicious
products while creating
meaningful employment for people living with disAbilities and mental illness,
giving them the dignity of work and the ability to make their own income. They started in a church
kitchen in Paris, Ontario in 2014 and have since expanded to 4 locations, emplo
ying over 30 people.
